This example shows our involvement in Stage 2 of the development at the residential complex Victoria Keys Omokoroa (four x three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouses). However, by the end of this project we would have built 25 townhouses and a common room. This has been an awesome project for our team to be involved in and one we’re all enjoying.
These are high spec townhouses with features including top quality kitchen and appliances, tiled showers, raked ceiling and a wonderful outdoor alfresco area. These are not your average townhouses in regard to size or specification!
Also, these particular townhouses offer stunning view of the Kaimai’s.
After living in the UK working in the IT space before moving to NZ, Jonathan was looking for a retirement plan and something that would still keep him active!
Victoria Keys is a premier lifestyle community in Omokoroa for both homeowners and investors. While some townhouses had already been built when Jonathan took over, there were still a number of stages yet to go.
Given Victoria Keys was already established, the designs plans had already been completed, ready to build from.
While we were working on this build, Jonathan was living in one of the townhouses within the community. This meant he was available onsite and we could meet with him regularly and he could see the progress each day.
